Catering Example

Assalamualaikum (Peace Be Upon You)

Alhamdulillah, managed to complete the set up of the lunch catering at Pasir Ris this afternoon after a rather hectic start in the morning.



This is what the final set up looked like!!  
All ready...


Rendang, Sambal Sotong, Sambal Goreng, Paru, Ayam Chilli Padi, Bagedil, Serondeng, Belacan, Ulam-ulam, Salad with Japanese Cucumber & Cherry Tomatoes. 




Rendang, the beef so tender that you barely have to put in any effort for the meat to fall apart in bite-sized chunky shreds. The sauce is perfection. 

Ayam Lemak Chilli Padi,  for Spicy lovers, with various parts of the chicken meat available in the gravy. 

Sambal Goreng, which is Fried Tahu (Beancurd), Tempeh (fermented soya bean, which is yummier than it sounds) and Long Beans, in a yummy coat of spicy, savoury dry sauce.  






Sambal Sotong,bite-sized mouthfuls of squid in spicy sambal

Paru,  Fried Slices of Beef Lungs 

Bagedil, Delicious Fried Potato Puffs 






Belacan & Serondeng 

Salad & Ulam-ulam

Cherry tomatoes, Japanese cucumbers, etc
